What is Reiki?
Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is a powerful energy that promotes wellness and transformation on all levels. Reiki is administered by light touch, or by hovering just over the recipient. Studies have shown that Reiki increases the white blood cell count giving a boost to the body’s immune system; and that Reiki eases depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress levels, and reduces pain in both chronic and acute conditions. When one receives Reiki their brain moves into an alpha state causing a deep relaxation, a state that is often hard to find in our busy western world. Reiki has also been credited with powerful emotional and spiritual transformations.
In my personal experience, I have seen great healing occur on both physical and non-physical levels. Cancer released, arthritis recede, chronic pain cease to exist, hearts opened, grief purged and my personal favorite- watching a soul come home, into their life, their body, their now, ready to move forward and claim their future. In my own Reiki training I felt that same homecoming, that reconnection of self, and walked around for days in shock of my “magic hands.”

You can become a channel for the Reiki energy through a process called an attunement. Becoming attuned to Reiki allows you to access and direct this life-force energy for yourself and others. How do I get attuned to Reiki?
You can become attuned to Reiki by attending a Level 1 Reiki Training or booking a Level 1 Private Training. After I was attuned to Reiki not only did I feel that sense of homecoming and transform on emotional and mental levels, but I had amazing physical transformations as well. My Raynaud’s disease, which affected the blood flow in my feet and hands making them constantly ice cold, disappeared. I was able to get of the sleeping medication that I had been on for 10 years.
